Lower the back of my 63

Post by Jacobs63 »

What's the best way to lower the back of my slick. Remove leaves? Spring under axle? Spring perch flip? In the future I'm going to bag the whole truck but until then I want it lower. Any experiences with any of these methods? Tips or tricks?

You can either remove leafs from the pack or you could flip the "front" rear spring perch. Do a search on this site and you will find quite a few threads about doing this. I recently joined the site and wanted to do the same. Searched and read what others have done and it gave me the courage to flip the rear spring perch. That seems to be the easiest way to go to get it low...er.
