mustang buckets

Post by ras4434 »

I have a guy on hold that has a set of mustang bucket seats from "I am not sure what year". They look like 66-early 70's. Has anyone used mustang bucket seats that can give me a heads up about fit?

The seat themselves is basically a factory option for Slicks. The differences really come in to play with the brackets. I found a set from a Slick (66 I think, can't remember) that was being parted out. I'm putting them in my '71 though.

mustang seats

Mustang seats were use in the Ranger Custom Cab. The mounting brackets are unik, and hard to find. E Bay sell them sometime as high as $175.00 a set. It been said that bracket are the same on the early Bronco?????
Thanks,

The Bronco is not the same. I looked at one. The seat floor area on the '67-'72 is a little different and the '65/'66 Ranger brackets might not work.
