D.C. Rat Rod Nationalz Antique Car and Rat Rod Auction in Dove Creek. Gates open to drop off autos for auction at 10 a.m. at 60741 Highway 491 (east end of town). Auction begins at 6 p.m. Call Linley at 970 560-4350 for details.
Saturday, Aug. 15
D.C. Rat Rod Nationalz Car Show and Swap Meet in Dove Creek. Any and all vehicles are welcome. Registration is free and begins at 9 a.m. at New Frontier, 313 West Highway 491. Awards presented at 3 p.m. Details: Art at 970 677-2676 or Larry at 970 677-2863.
supposed to be valve cover racing and other events during the day
some kind of a contest or raffle where you can win an (gasp!) sbc engine
i will be there one or maybe both days
