Slick in a movie!

Marla and I went to see the movie ''Minions'' this afternoon.
If you have seen ''Despicable Me'' and ''Despicable Me 2'' then you
know what I am talking about. About a third of the way into it was
a scene of a parking garage area and the detail of the vehicles in it
was amazing. There was a Mustang and a 65 Slick next to it.
They even had the chrome side trim on it just like the real ones.
Could hardly believe they put that much detail in it but there it was.
If you see this movie the truck is two tone white over green. TR

multiplicity with Michael Keaton,, the contactor is driving one that is always late,, Lethal Weapon 3, in a shootout with the young 15 year shooting at Mel in the back round is a 63/64 project truck

Movie Sweet Home Alabama -- Reese Witherspoon's dad brings her home from jail in a 65 slick.
Current commercial honoring veterans -- dad brings military daughter home down a straight, dusty, country road, to farm, and family picnic, in a 66 slick

The best part about the one in Minions is that my wife and two teenage boys recognized it as well. I'm batting 1,000!

Sitting here watching a "Percy Jackson" movie and they drive up in a 63 or 64 F100. Pretty neat to see all of the trucks getting used.

There's an episode of Shameless (I believe it's in Season 3) where Frank attends an AA meeting inside some sort of shop or garage and there's a nice '61 fire truck in the background.

The Percy Jackson movie that was on this weekend (the lighting thief) had a 66 grill on it,in Vegas!
