I had a stroke, now my left leg dont move good enough to drive a ständerd

Jim, Having a stroke really sucks. We would need to know what engine you have in your truck and then most likely folks here would be able to recommend a transmission. Depending on your recovery you may be able to use a hydraulic clutch/slave cylinder. These require much less strength to depress. Just throwing that out there. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
