Howdy Folks, New Fella Here

Hey ya'll.
I'm coming over from the Slick 60's Facebook group. I've been over there for some time, and have just been a lurker for a while over here. I've got a '66 flareside with a mildly built 390 (aluminum heads, intake, etc). Bought her just about two years ago and drive it every single day. It's been on at least a dozen road trips; you name it, it's been there. The eventual plan is to drop the truck several inches, but to maintain a nice rake. I love me a mean lookin' rake.
I really enjoy working on the nitty gritty things (radio/gauges for example) and actually do so for others. I restore/convert radios to Bluetooth and restore/repair gauges as well. It's just a fun little side thing that helps a college student get by.
Anyways, enough of the jabbering, here's a few photographs that I've taken of the truck along the way:

Thanks fellas. I already recognize a few of the faces.
Ever since I bought the truck, I've been making short video updates. You're sure to get a laugh here and there at my excitement, frustration, and enthusiasm as I learn and create along the way. If you feel like watching:

Thanks, they were quite the project. I restore, repair, and in some cases modify gauges. It's a lot more than simply painting the needles orange. I'm actually working on perfecting an electronic tachometer conversion. After all, the tach currently in the truck is mechanical
But, here's a few photos from the gauge restoration process (a few steps are actually covered in my videos too). Sorry, I don't have a good before photo of the vacuum gauge, but believe me, she was crusty. It was also broken and inaccurate too.

I even painted the dashes in the tachometer orange (they used to be white) to match those in the vacuum gauge:

I'll repost the dash picture so it's easy to see the tachometer comparison:
