Slick 60's

I am replacing my original parking brake cables with new from Rock auto. When I removed the brake handle and shaft, the pawl and torsion spring fell out. I cannot figure out how or where exactly the spring attaches to the pawl. Any help or diagram will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, John.

Thanks for the diagram. I finally figured it out after several attempts. Parking brake is working as it should.
