Re: Heater core?
If you find someone that does, please let us know. It is one of the parts that as far as we know, they don't make repops.

Re: Heater core?
an odd core due to the tube shapes
heres the 61-64 and 65-66 side by side
some others that do not match due to size and tube styles
best thing to do is find one from a parts truck, clean it up and repair if necessary and save it as i have done.

Re: Heater core?
There was a guy who soldered one together out of an econoline core. I know when mine goes out I will figure something out.

Re: Heater core?
I used this heater core, Four Seasons 94576 Heater Core and used 1/2" copper tubing and fittings to copy lines from old one it worked perfect. I don't know how to post pictures, or I would post pictures of it.
It was for a 61 unibody, but I think they are the same as 64. Just make sure you get the copper core.

Re: Heater core?
Aluminum is all I am finding with that part number also. But you can use uniweld 4300 to solder the two together.Hunter's 64 wrote:https://www.summitracing.com/parts/fss-94576

Re: Heater core?
I can not tell you part numbers but I bought one on e-bay, made of copper, that matched core size, cut off the old tubes and soldered them on the new core with 1/2" copper fittings

Re: Heater core?
I would think you could take it to an A/C shop and they probably have a fitting to go from alum to copper some how
