new guy from alberta

hey yall, im new here, from Medicine hat, i dont own any slicks yet but i am planning on picking up a 64?? LWB unibody from my grandparents ranch... i met 61 merc today in the parking lot of canadian tire today, so that kinda pushed me into this forum, ive visited here before but im usually on fordification, and i see a few members here are too... anyways...

Hey dude. seen you around on Fordification. Dean is driving my old truck now. I have a 64 merc. Good'a see another of us fighting the good fight to keep these old fords on the road. Maybe there will be an occasion for us Southerners to all meet up, and kick some Chebby-in-Ford idiots asses.

thanks guys for the welcome, looking at the pictures i think its actually a SWB unibody, heres some pics on the linky here..... and i cant tell if thats a tailgate in the back or if its a gas tank some input would help

Looks to me like a fuel tank in the back of your uni, and it is a long box uni. Not all uni's need a tailgate, but new ones are available for those who need them.

Definitely longbed, and that is the fuel tank in the back. Looks like my uni!

And the vehicle in the "WTF is this" photo started life as a Dodge A100 (just in case you're still wondering). Looks like it's on a tracked chassis of some sort? Pretty cool...
