Who makes the best window fuzzies for a '66? I tried the search and didn't find much.

Just as important as who is is good, would be who isn't, and I've never seen a kind word in regards to rubber parts on here (and other truck sites) for any LMC rubber part......

On the other end of the spectrum, member TheAstronaut used Precision for the resto he did on that gorgeous little '66 SWB Styleside. And the prices seem reasonable as well.....

I just installed the Dennis carpenter ones in my doors yesterday as a matter of fact, and I am not pleased with how they fit, or the majority of parts I have received from them. After cussing for hours with door assembly with there antirattle kit, I then picked up the new door seals from them and I know for a fact that they are mis labeled l/h, r/h. I will have to say that I have ordered about half of my parts for my truck from DC, and half from LMC, and if anything, I think I am happier with LMC. they both have made in Taiwan stamped on everything. (sorry for the rant, just kinda hit home for me right now) I know I'm gonna hear it from everyone about this, but just my opinion.

I was happy with the LMC door window kits

The rubber door seals .... not so much
They fit good ... but too solid (hard)
I thought after time the doors would shut easier... they don't
They seal up nice & tight .. but you really have to shut them hard

Got my window seal kit from Tom at SS. fits great.

My door seals are from NAPA 770-1618 perfect, as far as I'm concerned. 15ft of bulk door seal for less than $20, with the exact profile of what was on my truck (minus the wire push pin strip along the bottom.)

Black 3M weather strip adhesive , nothing else...

Not sure if I will replicate the wire pin retainer that was along the bottom of my doors.
I believe it was more useful for mass production and speed of installation, than retaining the seal after the glue is dried. But, I have been wrong many times before. Time will tell me if I am wrong.

That was several years ago ...
Seems like the little wires were molded into the rubber
