Anyone out there with a 223 rusting away, or swapping engines? I need the a short section of pipe,(about 2 inches) with the female nut that screws on to the original positive crankcase valve, usually bolted to the exhaust manifold.

Heck ya. the top picture #6758 the female nut on the tube, left hand side. to the left of the mounting bracket that screws on
to #6A666.
If you have one with two inches of the tube plus the flair please let me know
to #6A666.

I can look ....
But from the pic, it looks like a common plumbing flare nut
ACE hardware or Tru-Value carry that
I'm sure copper pipe would suffice
