Cops & Tickets

A man carrying a bag of groceries walks up to a cop who's writing a parking ticket. The man says, "Don't do that, the parking meter's barely expired." Cop keeps writing. Man says, "Is that all you lazy b-tards have to do all day?" The cop starts writing another ticket for a bald tire. The man keeps badmouthing the cop and the cop stacks tickets up on the car - cracked windshield, broken tail light, etc. The cop says, "Keep talking and I'll keep writing. When you finish paying all these maybe you'll learn when to shut up." The man says, "Why would I care, it's not my car," and walks away.
