need a new column drop for my steering column

guys i was doing a mockup today with my 77 column that im going to use with the crown vic and i need me a 77 column drop.anyone know where to look for the u joints?

If they don't have the application you need listed, they may be able to work out something for you on the phone. Guys on other sites I'm on have had decent luck with them. :)

Can you describe a little better what you mean by a "column drop"? I have hoarded some parts for columns recently and might be able to help, if I could understand what you were needing......

the column drop is the piece that holds the column up and that piece then bolts to the bottom side of the dash my stock one doesnt allow the column to go as far up as it should

I'm planing to cut mine to fit and weld new attachments to the top of it.

BTW, that link I posted is just to answer the u-joint part of your question, I doubt that place would have any idea of the bracket you're talking about. :)
