Wheel Bolt Pattern on CV
JC, he is required to keep all the parts so that he has them to repair the city cars. Kinda like having their own personal salvage yard, this is why he can't sell the parts. Why buy parts you already have? Makes perfect sense to me, he even said so when I inquired about a crossmember. He can't even use them on his stuff, Don is a rodder too.
