Brake drum adjust

I really don't feel like pulling out the jack, so which way do I adjust the drums? Do I put the blade in high and work the blade down. Or do I put the blade in low and work the tip up..I just want to adjust them a few clicks.

Put the blade in low and work the tip up. I usually do this until I can just feel the brakes start to drag.
