Jason. Having met your lovely and charming wife, I suspect the inverse may be true..
Well... I did marry way above my station in life...
Weird is relative, and my relatives are really weird!!
Lots of hot rodders out there! This is my first post,I purchased a 64 custom cab off Ebay a couple of months ago,I think I got a great deal on it,and have some plans for it. I own a 1932 ford two door,3inch chop lots of goodies on it .I built it 20 years ago,and still own it today I am doing a small revamp on it right now.I will take a couple of picturesof it and post them.lI also have two 1965 Thunderbird convertibles and a 1968 Mustang Fastback. I am lucky I have owned these for a long time, because if not I could not afford to buy them at todays prices.
besides my slicks myfirst ride is a 72 nova ss 406 4spd 9" 3.70 aunt bought it brand new i've had it since '82.......teenagers almost out of house..... after that hoo knows???????
Ditto on that. In fact if you are between Lethbridge and Calgary Alberta, jason and I can meet you in the middle and both help you get rid of your beer. Or Rye, Or Scotch. We ain't picky.
It's a race.. Will hell freeze over or will JC finish his truck first. Stay tuned..
I've been SLOWLY working on my Dads 47 Merc, he drove my Mom to the hospital in thAt Merc, the night that I was born, and now I'm 53, it's been around along time. But my main drivers are my 66 4x4 and Bertha my 64 Galaixe with a 428 engine. I do have a 78 Vette, but it's not much to talk about next to the Fords.
I am a hotrodder in my own mind. My slick is and will continue to be my hotrod. Its been in my family since 69. I want to build a steel 32 roadster with a 312 y block for power so Johnny Canuck won't beat me up
