I'd drive it. I might build a new flatbed for it (make it full width) and lose the fenders, but other than that it's kinda cool! Looks to be in good shape...

Id take it for 75% off and they can keep the fenders!

I think the "magnets" are taped to the fuel line to "excite" or charge the gas molecules... Some people think they work great.......Did I mention that I have some ocean front property in Arizona I could sell cheap.

No the magnet system uses high powered electric magnets located in the front of the truck. Just behind the grill. How they work is you get up real close to the back of another vehicle and switch them on. You then shift into nuetral and 'coast' attatched to the lead vehicle.
2 problems came to light with this system. 1) sometimes after switching the system off, the surrounding metal was still magnetized. This lead to a lot of missed turnoffs, etc... 2) If the vehicle you were attached to stopped and you either didn't get it switched off in time or the metal still retained the magnetic properties, you would cordially get your ass handed to you by the driver of the lead vehicle. (Appearantly saving the environment isn't for everybody  )

aHA. interesting.

The magnets wers supposed to align the molecules of gas, so you could pack more in the line, be more orderly.... Oh, wait, it dumps into the carb float bowl anyway. so yeah, no difference, even if it COULD do something.

Then there were the things that look like a squirrel cage from a heater fan that "put a spin on the intake air" to make better power/mileage too. BOOLSHEET!!!!

haha oh yeah, more magnet scams--- you guys seen the tv ads for the NO SMOKE magnets? you're supposed to stick it at the top of your left ear and continue smoking, and it will reduce your desire to smoke, until you quit. UH WHAAAAt?

No really! It does work! You don't stick it to the outside of your ear tho. What you do with those is: Lube it up real good ( it has a long way to travel) reach around behind, and well you don't stop shoving the magnet up till you feel a little pressure between your sinus cavety and the back of your skull. Some side effects have been noted tho... such as increased shoe shopping, wearing of bizzarre jewelery (pearl necklaces, etc...) and setting off of detecters at airports. Some have complained also of slight headaches, and constipation. All of that can be remedied tho with the application of another such magnet :http://picasaweb.google.com/caricasbere ... 4263572850
Application of this magnet is pretty much the same. doctors do recommend however, the application of an entire case of KY due to the sheer size of the magnet.

Jumping Jack was a DJ in So Cal that went around to all the old car shows and anounced for them. He was a pain in the butt and not the most popular person as several of my friends had run ins with him over stupid stuff.

I belive you put a larger elecromagnet on the rear bumper of the car in front of you, and it helps to pull your big steel hulk along... just remeber you still have to stop at the gas station when your 'buddy' needs to fill up every few miles.
