Well after a couple measurments, I finally did it,, upgraded the stock air cleaner from oil to paper,, got a smile from ear to ear,, suprisingly cheap too!! did the oil breather aswell. she seems to run and breath better too,, got em at checkers auto parts both for $25.00 clam shells, check it out,, now what to do with the old stuff??

You can probably sell/give the OB air cleaner to a slick member who is going with the original look (the OB can be fairly easily converted to a paper filter, if that's what floats your boat)
