Hey guys thanks for the welcome. I will give you a few details about the truck;
Bought last year for $700.00 w/rebuilt 6, and floor shift. Needed gas tank, and a master cyl. Gave $15.00 for a good tank w/sender, and a new $10.00 mast and have been driving it since.
As for the drop, it was stock when I got it, and I cant handle that!
I do custom lowering, and suspension for a living, and this was going to be my shop truck, so I went a different route on lowering it than most.
Took a center x-member from a 92 f-150 and slid it under this truck. Also instaled dropped beams, along w/raised radius mounts, and a new removable tranny crossmember.
Drives like my 96 f-150 crewcab, parts are cheap and available everywere, plus the track width is perfect. Tires are were they should have been from factory, and keep the same bolt patteren.
As for the rear, nothing big really: stepped the rear frame, flipped the rearend on top of the leaves, and moved the rear end 1" to line it up in the wheel wells, and shortened the drive shaft. Not much!

I've had a few people IM me about the front end install, so I thought I would post a few pics. I've been driving it for about 8 months, so its a little dirty, and no I havent put the fenderwells back in. Its a shop truck, its low on the automotive totetum poll in my world.
Plus, it makes it easy to work on!!!!!
