I guess so, JC! I don't scour Ebay nearly as much as I used to, and believe me, I used to! And in all the time I was diligently searching for truck parts (still am, have just slowed down a bit) I NEVER did see hubs like this for a Merc. Time to get some sun, eh?

LOL I was kidding you a bit of course. That one's an inny too. The stainless ones are the nicer, more desirable ones. I am scared to think how many, like the ones you show, have been tossed away when some kid got his slotted mags in the 70s
It's a race.. Will hell freeze over or will JC finish his truck first. Stay tuned..
merc caps
Guys, are the innie caps what you need? I have some Merc caps,(Stainless) that I got at a swap meet a while back. They came off a early 50s merc car, and I wanted to use them on ford truck wheels, but too big. They are outies. Didn't know if this was even what u were looking for. Just thought I would put my 2 cents in. TR

John, it sounds like you just need to keep your eyes peeled on the roadside when you are out and pick up a few of these caps and make a mint off 'em!
Hey...did you ever get that shower leak fixed in yer new place?

I think most guys who have them are hoarding them now, haven't seen one on the side of the road for quite a while LOL
It wasn't a shower leak, first there was a flood from a blocked sewer line and a running toilet, filled up the lowest level of the house with a foot of nice clean water. Rending to trash the 30 freshly painted masonite doors down there.
Then, after we moved in, I took a Jacuzzi for the first time in the corner tub in the ensuite. My son yells up from downstairs "There's water coming out of the potlights down here!"
That turned out to be the Jacuzzi motor wasn't tightened down on the pipe, and was spraying water into the space between the floor and the basement ceiling.
Basically, all caused by one completely incompetent plumbing company.
Or, the plumbing equivalent of Roddoors..
