I have a 66 swb with a 300 6cyl i have rebuilt motor and painted fire wall inner fender wells and radiator support in the process had to remove all wiring this is the third truck I have done this to and this truck has one part that iam not familiar with.Right beside the sylanoid is a two post connection conected by what looks like peg board material it has wiring that runs to it .What is this and how do i find a new one.For one I broke it two I have lost it . thanx Pappy

One of our members here in TN had a amp gauge setup on his and the other members wanted a picture of this area. If it is in this picture maybe someone can offer a location to get what you need. Seems like they wanted a picture of the part on the left side that the wires bolt to. It was something for the amp gauge.

you can make one quite easily with a bolt and a piece of plastic or other non-conductive material.

you might go thru the bins of electrical parts at the hardware to find something useable too.

or, just run a nut and bolt thru the terminal holes to connect the wires together and tape it up good.

I got a more modern one off a bus. It is a single stud in a plastic housing.

I used it to run the juice to my Ammeter.

Mid eighties chevy trucks and blazers use a similar plasic pice for the power point... Millions of them in yards.

It is the junction block for the amp guage on a slick.
