My wife was going to buy me the uni dealer promo model for Christmas. The numbskull selling it would not respond to emails to let us know what size it was or what it was made of (metal or plastic). It sold for $149.00, but if it was metal and the size we thought, she would have bid the numbskull's auction up to $250.00 if thats what it took. I am glad we found out he was a numbskull before we bid. If the numbskull won't bother to answer emails before the sale, what can you expect if there was a problem after the sale. Beware of this numbskull seller! Did I mention that I think this seller is a numbskull (what a fun word, is'nt it). Thanks, Lyman. P.S. Can you tell I am a little dissapointed not to get it?

The Uni dealer promo is a Chrome plated 1/25 scale platic model kit by AMT. AMT made longbed Uni (big window) model kits in 1961, 1962 and 1963. They are on eBay all the time and usually sell for much less than $250.

You have one heck of a wife, Lyman.

They should clone her.

i've got an old rotunda glass bottle that i think was the washer fluid bottle out of the 65 montclair that i had. it's got a metal screw cap that has the mercury head on it, but it's about wore off. that's about the coolest old fomoco thing i have.
