With all the other projects on the drivin' trucks the '66 has been sittin quiet the last few weeks. Found out today we gotta get a new starter relay and positive cables put in.... grrr, always somethin.

Sounds like a nice relaxing afternoon of "wrenching". She just wants some alone time with you. A little time and attention and she will be purrrrrrrrring down the road making you proud!!!!

Well, at least it's an easy and cheap fix! When ever I buy an old Ford, along with a tune up, I usually replace these items as a matter of course. They always seem to be neglected by prior owners.
My Slick is rustier than your Slick! :D

True that, I just never got to this truck battery wise. Spent too much time gettin the tail lights workin.

Found the best deal all around was at walmart actually when I did the '71's
