What size tires are you running on those stock rims?

The rear bumper has been straitened, blasted and painted!!!

I have a stock 64 f100 2wd and I would like it to sit an inch or two higher than it already is. I dont want to do any major mods just looking for an easy way if possible. thank you for your advice.
