Junior made a pretty cool bike. Got to give him credit for imagination and the way he built it but Jesse gets my vote. Just one clean, classy, badass looking hand-built bike.

Don't care for his punk-ass attitude though. Sometimes it's funny but mostly it grinds on me and it did through this whole build.

I didn`t see that show, well not yet!, but with having seen some of the other build shows and the bikes they built!, these three would not rate in my books!

1. Sr. didn't build a bike. He built a snowmobile with a flamethrower.

2. Jesse built a nice old school chopper. Pretty much like every other one that he has done. Except, this one he raked so much that even he couldn't see over the handlebars. Plus, he did NOT build it all by himself as he claimed. He had to bring in reinforcements (Austin Speed Shop) at the last minute. But, he is real good at running his mouth.

3. Jr. built a nice theme bike and he did it without trash talking or blowing something up. He is a class act, and that goes a long way in my book.

What I would really like to see is the "Discoverey Channel" use this build-off to re-boot the old "Biker Build-Off" series with new episodes. You know, Chica vs. Cory Ness vs. Billy Lane and so on (hmmm, are those guys still building bikes?).

I haven't been following the show, but after looking up photos of the completed bikes I'm not finding any of them particularly inspiring. I'd say I dislike Jesse James' bike the least. I find the Paul Jr. bike to be too busy, and obviously the Paul Sr. creation is just ridiculous.

Still, I don't really like the proportions on the JJ bike. It almost looks like a mini-bike. I do like it better than the other two though, so it gets my vote.

I'd take Jesse's shop anyday of the week. That is a dream shop.

If any of these people depended on me to support them in any way, they would starve to death. They all have talent of a sort, but two of them have a serious ego problem, and I don't know about the third . I did not see the buildoff, and truthfuly if I never see it, I won't feel like I missed anything.

All three are buttheads, Jesse is the only one that could actually build a bike alone from the ground up....and actually has.
So good lookin' that I've attracted an international stalker.

Sr. is a gas bag. Jr. is in the closet but has some skills. Jesse used to be a bad-ass builder before he got "famous", plus he's a punk.

it takes roughly 40 hours of filming to make 1 edited hour of television. so think about all of the unused material that you didnt see. this show has been being filmed for months

this is all my opinion:

sr. knew he was going to loose so i think thats why he went with such a weird concept. or discovery channel paid him off and told him to go way outside of the box. i see the craftmanship and the work in his snowmobile. but i doubt he had any hand in building it. from what ive heard from a friend that lives up there his shop is barely producing bikes except for the show.

jr. seems to have gotten more creative now that hes on his own. but again thats what i see in a edited show. i see the time, craftmanship, and hard work in the plane bike. it was a good idea but its been done before. he also throws his dumb looking jr logo on everything and it looks horriable.

now jesse. i met jesse about 10+ years ago when he was just getting started and no one really knew him. he was a cool guy and we had a few beers together in vegas at the viva las vegas show. ive been to his public shop, enormous warehouse across the street from his public shop, his restaurant (cisco burger), and his personal shop behind the restaurant. i was in huntington to send some parts to australia and the export shipping company was behind his public shop. the shop youve seen on tv. i got the parts taken care of and decided to grab lunch at jesses burger joint across the street. while i was ordering a girl called me over. come to find out they worked at the retail shop in his place. long story short i had a free lunch on them (jesse) and they gave me a hour long tour of all 3 locations.

i dont consider jesse a friend. i dont have his number in my phone. i wont get a xmas card from him this year. but i did spend some time again with him in ca on the "no love ride". its a invite only ride for dealers of his parts and friends of his. my buddy is a dealer of his parts and i was his +1. this is a few years back and sandra was still in the picture and was riding on the back of jesses bagger. he was still cool and a little arrogant. arrogant is different then cocky. and she was sweet. i think shes prettier in person. and she was totaly out of her ellement on the ride.

with all of this said... there was a ton of time, craftmanship, and skill used in all 3 rides. no one built there bike on there own! the true chopper award should go to jesse. the "tv bike" award should go to jr. i and everyone else knew jr was going to win. its a set up by discovery channel. they need the ratings for there show. they want jr to look like the good guy and for jesse to be the new bad guy while sr and jr reconcile. jesse is using this to get his bad boy image back and to relaunch his building career. jesse is a true builder and craftman. could jr ever build a bike by himself? hell no

Does he still have a shop/warehouse in California because he had set up shop in Austin and thought that was where he was building this recent bike?

i heard the restaurant shut down. the girls told me he owned all of the properties on the 3 corners. im sure he still has the wcc shop and store that you saw on the show and mini movies. its kinda iconic. the massive warehouse thats across the street is the one he said he was going to be moving into in the final episode of the wcc mini movies. the personal shop behind the restaurant was huge too. it was full of merchandise, offices, and his personal stash of cars and bikes. i saw atleast a half dozen 49-51 mercs just sitting there waiting there turn

Quit watching years ago when the father vs son thing went rampant. I like the idea of reality TV but only if they keep it real. I'd rather go file my stinking toe nails than watch drama queens yell and scream at each other to make a buck!

Jesse builds some cool bikes and so does JR. but if I were spending my money on some body elses build I would choose a Dave Perewitz bike. Just my opinion.

Jr builds some inspired creations - these however are not bikes - they are showpieces.
Sr can build a nice bike - when he sticks to the old school he knows you can see it (POW bike).
Jesse is a master metal worker (look his vids up on U Tube) and an old school builder with an old school mindset - and even his more modern customs are built to be ridden.
Over all Jesse is the winner (I didn't see the show BTW yet) just because I know his work.
BTW, Jesse has some badass 4 wheel rides too!
Anybody on their level with their renown will seem a touch arrogant to the rest of us - they did earn some of that though.

They may have earned the right to be prowd of what they can do, but it doesn't give them the right to be horses asses. That being said, everybody is a horses ass to somebody. I respect ability, and watched several of these peoples shows over the years, trying to learn some of what they know. Untill it got to the point that it was BS and not informative.
