Another 61 Uni project

Greetings all,
I've been working on this one a while one and off. It's pretty much all original and I wanted to try and keep it that way as much as possible. It had some rust but not too bad as it was a Denver truck all it's life. It has the automatic transmission and it's a bit sloppy, I may swap that out later for a 4 speed if it's easily done. Does anyone know if other years pedal hangers would work on this model? Thanks for all the great information on this site, i've been learning a lot along the way. Thanks all!

LOVE THE GRILL and truck looks great. What engine does 61 have?

It has the original 292 Y block, still runs great. I still have to deal with a manifold leak and the old Ford O Matic is acting up a bit. But It's getting quite a bit of use lately.

Nice engine to have in. I hate manifold leaks,I have done my 6 exhaust header many times. Have the FORD o matic trans. rebuild one day. Can adapt a newer trans., too 292. Lookup adapters for 292. Somewhat expensive. Tony
