I would imagine the Earths temp rising is partly due to the days increasing in length after the winter solstice.

He lists his sources for the information that is presented and just runs a calculating script that displays the estimates over time. Legitimate information but inaccurate in the short term. There is just absolutely no way to determine the number of births, abortions, even bicycles made in the world any any given time, c'mon!

But pretty cool though.
