Found a house, found a job, my house finally closed in ElCajon(a week late), now all I
have to do move

-ugly word move is.
Home inspection is tomorrow-then to the bank to sort out that mess.
House is on a third acre,3 car garage,200amp power, fruit trees in the back yard on a drip system.
Job is back to doing auto & rv glass ,not ideal, but it will get us by until I can get back to doing
machine/fabrication work out of my place. Probably going to take a while to build up my contacts in the area.
Yeah Black Ag -it's in Chino Valley, but a nice part. Hope to meet Statesblue & the rest of
the 'Zona gang too. I'll keep you all informed.
P.S.- I'm 7 hours closer drive to Slickstock

.Later---David.

David,
Sounds like things are coming together. You didn't mention anything about a shop. Or will that be the 3 car garage?
Hope the inspection and paperwork go smooth.

Know what you mean. We bought a place and will be moving in end of Sept. Problem up here is it could be -40 and snowing by then.

Congrats on your new place.

Thanks. Home inspection went well- bank paperwork is now started.
Plan is to set up my
equipment in the 3 car until I can put up a detached shop as time & finances allow.
Back to Commiefornia this weekend to start getting my stuff ready to ship.
When the bank BS is finished ,we'll be in.
Pics will be coming.

David,
Welcome to Arizona. I have a friend that lives in Chino Valley and they like it up there. He manages a Discount Tire store in Prescott.
Watch out for all the speed cameras in Az. They are everywhere so they can get more money out of us.
