I installed one in my F100. It fit perfectly and looks just like the original only it made from ABS plastic instead of cardboard.

Michelle, did you use the one from DC?

I installed one from LMC and it fits like a glove and looks like original.
Also made of ABS.

I think they are all made by the same place. The one I got also fit very well, but it did require a number of holes to be punched out. The holes were marked lightly but not punched out. I suspect that the manufacturer did this so that folks that say, wanted to leave the clutch rod out, or no longer needed a choke cable, would not have un-used holes.

I debated a long time about the best way to cut the holes -- I ended up useing a set of leather punches for the smaller holes, and a hole saw for the big ones. If you use the hole saw, make sure you compress the insulation behind the abs, or it will snag on the hole saw and get tore up. I then used some black spray paint (mask the abs first) to make the insulation black like it should be, whereever I had cut a hole and left it exposed.
