Nice find! The perfect trans for a 61 thru 64 F 350 with a 5.13 or 4.88 rear end. 5.13X.8=4.10 in overdrive, 4.88X.8=3.90 in overdrive It was the optional trans in 500-700's. series medium duty trucks. Should be a direct bolt in with a few mods (drive shaft shortened, parking brake drum removal etc.) Hopefully it is in good shape, parts are probably hard to come by.
