How can I get a little lift out of my 64 f100?

I have a stock 64 f100 2wd and I would like it to sit an inch or two higher than it already is. I dont want to do any major mods just looking for an easy way if possible. thank you for your advice.

have the leaf springs re-arched... i gained 2.5 inches on the front of my f250 by doing that.

you will need to find a spring shop.

F 250 springs with a few leaves removed to make the ride reasonable would work.
