I can't remember the last time I saw one of those in real life, that's a good score. Was the drivetrain included, or do you get to start with a clean slate?

Judging from those bias plies, it doesn't look like it's been on the road anytime recently.

Last time it was plated was 1987 in Oklahoma. No engine or trans. So yes I have a clean slate to build from. I've had a 351C4v sitting here for 25 years waiting for something to put it in. Just need to find a 5spd for it.
