I'am fixing to put a fuel cell in my 65 f100 was wondering if the fuel sending unit that comes with it will work with the factory gauge in my truck or will i have to switch to a differnt gauge, the sending unit that comes with the fuel cell reads 0 ohms empty and 90 ohms full

thanks guys appreciate the info but don't plan to use the original steering wheel going with a differnet one still wil be a ford though not aftermarket just was wondering what i would have to do to get it to mount to the dash and gearbox.

just looked it up and the mont is 115.00 dollar and it bolts directly to the frame and the engine will then sit in it, trans mounts are around the same price just got www.dennis-carpenter.com and look up the 58-66 truck mag and then type engine mount and it will bring it up

did that the are good like i said it oly bogs in third but i can wind the truck up in second to over 40mph and then go to third and it will be better but not great. i have been told that i am running to much carb and need to down size that my 302 will not handle a 600 cfm carb

check out dennis carpenter they have all kinds of motor mounts and crossmembers that will bolt in or weld in between the frame and they work damn good and are esay to do for me i would od the swap ther is no way you coul rebuild that 292 for what it would cost ot put that 352 in your truck. proably ...
