You wet sanded the BOTTOM of the cab...LOVE IT!

I thought the drop blockbwas for the steering arm, not the drag link. You want the steering arm on the box to be level with the truck at ride height.

On the brakes issue. Rubber hoses absorb water. Both from the inside and outside. They will swell and REALLY restrict the flow as well as pressure. I couldn't get my 63 to stop when I got it. It had been in a barn for 10 years. I rebuilt the brakes and did everything new. All 4 wheels...except for t...

The biggest problem is the collar gets work out. I was able to tighten mine up by having them roll a sleeve to press into it. It was like new again.

Stick with it...they are fun and different.
