VOTE A SLICK FOR HOMEBUILT ROD OF THE YEAR

Post by jva118 »

HERE IS A LINK TO THE GOODGUYS ROD AND CUSTOM ASSOC. JIM CROWDER HAS A 61 UNIBODY UP FOR HOMEBUILT ROD OF THE YEAR. HE DID ALL THE WORK HIMSELF AND IT IS A VERY NICE TRUCK. HE IS ALSO A REAL GOOD GUY. I THINK HE MAY GET A LITTLE MONEY AND SOME PRIZES IF HE WINS.YOU DONT NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO VOTE, JUST AN EMAIL ADDRESS. JUST THOUGHT IT WAS COOL TO SEE A HIS UNIBODY UP FOR THE AWARD AND I FIGURED SLICK FANS WOULDN'T MIND HELPING HIM WIN.

THANKS

Ok 4 addresses voted for him out of my household.

There are some sweet units on that page, good thing it doesn't tell you if those are SBC's in those Fords or not.

Saves wear and tear on my blood pressure
It's a race.. Will hell freeze over or will JC finish his truck first. Stay tuned..

Crowder's Uni has a 351W in it. He did all the work himself in his garage. In fact the the driver's door, hood, and grill came from the Truck Farm. The door is one I got from 64F100.

SKIP, IT HAS A 351 WINDSOR IN IT I BELIEVE. I WAS TALKING TO HIM LAST YEAR ABOUT CLEARANCE ISUUES BEFORE I LOWERED MY 66. HE COMES DOWN HERE TO TENNESSEE A COUPLE OF TIMES A YEAR.
