1964 F-250 Front spindle hubs

I would like to find out if there is anyone out there who would know the if there are any newer rotor hubs that would fit the spindles of a single axel 64 F250 in order to modify the brakes to disk type system. I know the drum hubs will seperate but my 46 year old one are fused and I neet to find new hubs or a set of old ones or better yet a hub and rotior from a newer design that would fit the spindles of a 8-lug unit.
