*sigh* believe me!, I have definatly tossed the idea around of repowering it. My first instinct was to repower it with a 5.9L 12v (my uncle has a plethora of them) because it was a farm-work horse in its day. so a diels modded up would be way-cool. but the more i thought about it, the more i wanted a V-8. then my father-in law (a man of very few words) announced, why dont you just go get my 428CJ??? I have had the oppritunity to see this beat in action. it is in a 77 f-250 (on a 76 chassis??? i always get that mixed up!!) and it is a full out r4x4 race truck. COMPLETLY annhilated. the only thing left thats good is the built 428CJ and C6 combo.
seems like a no brainer to me!!

I'm thinkin about putting a 7.3 in one of my rigs. I just picked up an f350 crew dually that runs for a whole 400 bucks... I might get flak for this, but I may put the 7.3 in a rat rod. I have a wrecked harley super crew (supercharged 5.4) I might part out too. It's kinda week at 340 hp/425 lb·ft...

Look here for sweet billet dashes. 5 or 6 holes, satin or polished...
