WANTED

Post by jammck66 »

hey guys, I've been scouring the net for a used 99-05 Ford Excursion, or nice expedition. Being in the north, all I have really found up here are ones that have been used as oilfield medic trucks. ( which usually have no paint left on the rockers and have the snot driven outta them.
Time to sell the hemi, and get something bigger with more room...
if anyone comes across one for a decent price ( has to be 7.3L or 6.0L)
please PM me.
Thanks!!

How far are you willing to travel? Expeditions are common as dirt here and the Excursions show up for sale sometimes too. I could look one over for you.

I've seen 6.0 Expeditions go for 5K around here....

If it was me, I would buy a suburban 2500 (03-06), more comfortable seats, no spark plug issues, easy to work on when the time comes. With the 2500 you get the 6.0/4l80, I've had a bunch of builders over the last few years with that combo and even with over 200k they still run strong...
So good lookin' that I've attracted an international stalker.

Rest in Peace Bumpstick....I miss ya man.

but sounds like you are looking for a diesel.

These things and suburbans were the biggest victims of the cash for clunkers scam.
It's a race.. Will hell freeze over or will JC finish his truck first. Stay tuned..

JC, I have to disagree the taxpayers were hands down the biggest victims of that scam
