Looking for Help with Shaved Handles
Ran into a little problem Today trying to use Bear Claw Latches it looks like I will really have to do some fabricating before I do, does anyone else run door poppers. Did you use the Factory Latches or Bear Claws?? If you used the Factory Latches what Lb Pull are you useing? Does anyone have any Pictures ? This is the first time in 7 months my painter has worked on my Pickup I can't stop him now lol.
If you ask me anything I don’t know, I’m not going to answer.

Craig, I would of thought it would be easier to just use the stock latches, rather than bear claws!, they are usually used on older styled cars that have poor door latches and you will need poppers!, and a dead battery over ride!, say hi to the boy`s will ya!
Honey, If I say I`ll fix something I will, there`s no need to remind me every 6 months!!

Hey Alan Stock looks easier but figuring out where to put the pull is posing a challenge. I'm cleaning up the latchs today but they are very tough to pull. We are thinking we will need a 75lb pull to do the job but they are so long we don't know if we have room. Oh the dilemma. LOL

i had 35 lbs popers on my ranger and they worked perfect! make sure you get auto lock door popers its well worth the extra $. also make sure you ground the poper to your door that is verry important. i have bear claw latches but with sucide doors. they make weld on buckets for the latches at www.sucidedoors.com. hooking up the poper is going to be much easer with the bear claw latches. prety much effortless. hope that helps
