Need help with door ID tag

I just bought a 64 short bed custom cab, The ID tag reads:
Warranty Number F10CR541385
F10 (2wd or 4wd?)
C engine code is 292 V8
R San Jose
W.B. 114 (what's this?)
Color M (Corinthian white)
Model F100
Body E81 (what's this? - couldn't find it listed)
Trans F (4spd manual)
Axle B5 (4.10 - It has a 5 lug Dana 60 dated 64 and confirmed 4.10 tag)
Max GVW 5000
Cert Net HP 135

Is the 5 lug Dana 60 an uncommon feature?

I THINK WB 114 is the wheel base.
F10 is 2wd.
