I'd say keep after it but you're obviously self motivated, so I'll say keep the pictures coming. :)

I plan on it!

Here are some more progress pix. Again, to damn busy. The motor is LOW mileage. Although, it doesn't look it. She will be getting some new gaskets soon. Also are some pix of the intake and exhaust I am using for this. That and a 4 speed, she should be pretty damn fast!

this poor thing is the next step after the drivetrain is all taken care of. So rusted. But plan on seeing that change soon. Color to.

Choptvan, you wouln't happen to have any pictures of the parking brake cables (in the rear) that would show me how I need to connect my old one? I bought a truck in the box and need to figure some things out. Thanks!

You should put a T-5 in! :D

Realy, the Mild 300/T-5 combo kicks ass! I love mine.

I would do the Chevy Rocker arm mod while you are hoing through the motor. It is also tempting to do some quick clean up of the head. The casting flash on some 300 heads is realy bad.

300s RULE! (well, for small blocks....no replacement for displacement!)

could you elaborate more on this? Chevy SBC rockers? Would roller rockers do the same thing you are talking about? Appreciate the help.

The truck has been on hold. I have had my shop swamped with work, so she has been sittin around pissed at me. I have managed to get the bed floor done however. Not much to post otherwise.
