Havn't posted in a while. I have been busy at work, still on 6 days. grrsign.gif I also went to Chattanooga last weekend and made a 100 mile round trip behind a beautiful piece of history. Southern 630

I have painted the fenders and upper grill panel and got them lined up on the truck.

Today I painted the underside of the hood, the top of the tailgate, and the letters. I hate taping up those letters.

Thanks for the compliment Lee. It has been so long since I painted it the first time, I don't rember the exact name for the color. It is late 60's or early 70's dodge truck turquois, and fleet white.

I got the front bumper and winch back on and wired up. I also put the hood emblem and FORD leters back on the front. Now I am in the process of polishing the trim. Fun Fun Fun.

It took some work, but I got the trim polished and put back on with new clips. I still have to adjust the hood. I have driven it about 200 miles in the last few weeks. So far so good.

Lookin good. I'm following this one close as I'm building one real similar. (64 on a 79 4x4 chassis) What size tires are you running, and is it sitting at stock height or is there a bit of lift?
 Thanx! 2/20/12

I am running PR 78-15 Buckshots. I put some stiffer springs under the rear. It may sit about a inch higher.
