66 rad in a 63

i have a 63 flare side the previous owner hacked up the rad. mounts on the core support (when he installed the gm small block )to put in a cross flow rad. Last weekend i was at my dads looking at his 66 and his rad mounts directly to the core support with no extra mounts. My question is if i remove the damaged rad mounts i should be able to install a 66 rad in my 63 correct?

If the mounts are hacked install a Ford Cross flow radiator.

Doubt if many will notice the cross-flow. Better rad too.
