Scored a couple horns today at the P-N-P. One off a 63, the other off a 71.
How many horns belong on my 66 and where are it/they mounted?
Thanks

Re: Horn(s)
one was standard and at least the 67-72 trucks had a dual tone horn option with one high and one low horn. i'm not sure if the 61-66 trucks had the dual tone option.

I agree with 9mm. one is standard and i added one to my truck. MOUNTS BY hood release and should have wire hookup there too. Plug on and go.

Re: Horn(s)
Could someone post a pic of the horn on a 66 F100? I cant find a hole anywhere to mount this horn, and ther eis not one anywhere near the hood release. Im not even sure if I have the correct mounting bracket or not.

Re: Horn(s)
my truck is a 65 and i have no idea how original it is or if it been changed around but it has a horn mounted on both sides of the core support. you can see them from the front thru the grille.
i have a 66 grille and they are about even with the largest horizontal opening and just left of the "F" and just right of the "D".

Re: Horn(s)
Have a look at the orientation of your "low" horn, which is on the right side. The optional "high" horn is installed in the same relative place on the left side. There are dimples in the rad support. Drill them out and use bolts the same as those you've got.
