09 Crown Vic Cross member! Dual piston caliber, 13 rotors, coil springs, rack and pinion!

I at first was quoted $169 by one guy after 3 hours of fighting it off I took it to the counter and the new guy said oh thats about $400.... I told him there was no way I was going to pay that amount because of the other quote..
After talking to his manager they put it in the system as a rear suspension...

Click click click... That will be $139.39 with tax!

I hit it with a pressure washer and here you go... Look like new!

I need to fiqure out how to use the power steering off the rack.... I have 289 in it now and needs the power steering bracket and pump. Also since it has disk brakes, I need to upgrade the master...
I'm not sure what the cheapest route to add that in.
