The standard wheelbase is pretty well the same year for year, other than air bag rear suspension on the TC, although available on Marquis, CV. Suspension specs on the TC's are pretty much in line with police/taxi CV's. They are all corporate Panther bodies. '03 was the watershed year for all with numerous changes: aluminum de-mountable front cradle, higher offset wheels, many suspension changes, with a few upgrades/changes on later chassis. For a pre-'03 conversion on a uni, search Foodstick's or Rickairmedic's builds.

Iirc '03-up tc's have a longer wheelbase (like taxis) as compared to cv/marquis/marauder?
