61 F100 Stepside
I am new to this site and I just wonted to stop in and say howdy. I have a '61 F100 stepside that my great uncle bought new right here in town. The truck has been used for a lot of different things over the years. When the truck was new it was bought so cheap that it did not come with any accesories. No mirrors, no heater, nothing. It has a 292 and a three speed on the column. It is a pretty good ol truck. I installed a set of Red's Headers on it this past spring and finally got rid of a pesky exhaust leak that came with that wrap around exhaust pipe that came factory. My 4 year old says that this truck is hers now. What can I say. We keep it in the family I guess.

Hey Pure Country.
Welcome.
Keep it in the Family for sure.
When I cant drive my 65 it will go to my Grandson hopefully.
I am the second owner of a 1965 F-100 short Slick my Uncle bought new.
My truck had nothing but a steering wheel, wiper and choke on it also.
Regards.
Richard.
