Greg,
Did you mean to say, "There are a few guys here who are pretty long, but I haven't asked any of them how tall they are though." ?

I am on my second slick....had a 66 as my first vehicle for about 5 years starting in early 80's and have had my 65 for about 5 years with no plans to git rid of as of right now.

If you drive a Chevy, you better have a Good Wrench and even the name Dodge, tells you to avoid it!

My 61 unibody was purchased new by my great uncle from the dealership he worked at the time. Thirteen years ago he gave me the truck. Not the longest owner...just sharing this info. This is also my first post! Have a Merry Christmas all!

Welcome to Slick 60s.
Greg,
The truck in my avatar is the one I own. I have no more pics to show until I take some with my new digital camera. Hopefully, I will get some current ones of it during this mod motor swap, after removing the brand X engine.

Thanks for the welcome.
I see nothing wrong with that...big chevy guy here, but it was strictly a drag race motor and I was also bored with it. Just wanted to do something different again and make it more streetable.

I bought my '66 swb styleside in 1976.
On a quiet night you can hear a Chevy rust.

Been recovering from having to work for a living. Damn the bad luck of being born poor and so good looking. Hows things with you Greg?
