I also notice the front differential is on the passenger side; was this truck converted to 4x4?

this was stated from somebody else and checked the 2 I have and both the 65 4x4 and 61 4x4 diff. is on drivers side now my 72 is on pass. side but have seen some conversions with on pass diff. and now also seen 2 NAPCO Conversions with diff on pass. side so whoo is to say what is right but I would check the vin # if its a F100 # should start with F11 AND 250'S F26,, if numbers do not start like that on these trucks then its nota true 4x4 truck

I just used the VIN Decoder on Ford-Truck.com and its results are:

Truck series: F100 4 wheel drive

Engine: 1V-223cid, 114HP, 3600 RPM

Assembly: Kansas City, MO

Interesting stuff this truck is.....

if it will not start after it gets hot and you try to fire it back up it might need the carb spacers will help but the carbs are flawed from ford
