Why men should not write advice columns

Dear John,
I hope you can help me. The other day I set off for work, leaving my husband at home watching TV. About a mile down the road my car stalled and broke down on the side of the road. I had to walk back to the house to get my husband’s help. However, when I got home I found him in our bedroom with the neighbor’s daughter. I could not believe my eyes! This girl is only 19 years old, while my husband is 34 and I’m 32. We’ve been married for 10 years and when I confronted him on his affair with the 19 year old neighbor, he admitted he had been seeing her for about six months. He won’t go to counseling and I’m a wreck. Can you help me John?
Signed
Shelia

Dear Shelia,
A car stalling after a few minutes of driving can be caused by a variety of faults with the engine. Start by checking the fuel system filter and then the line for blockage. You could also check the vacuum lines on the intake manifold. Also check the battery grounding wires. If none of these solve the problem, it may be the fuel pump itself causing low fuel delivery pressure to the injectors.
I hope this helps.
John
